We provide accident replacement vehicles to drivers who have been involved in an accident that was not their fault. Where you are eligible and choose to proceed, the vehicle is provided under a credit hire arrangement: you enter a hire agreement for a reasonable, like-for-like vehicle and a reasonable hire period, and we seek to recover the hire cost from the at-fault driver’s insurer. The full terms of that hire are set out in the separate hire agreement, which we explain to you before you sign.
Keep Driving is not an insurer and does not provide insurance, legal or financial product advice. Information on this site is general in nature and does not take account of your individual circumstances. You should obtain your own advice where appropriate.
Submitting a form or calling us is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract, and it does not guarantee that you are eligible or that a replacement vehicle will be provided. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on the circumstances of your accident. A binding hire arrangement only comes into effect if and when you enter a written hire agreement with us.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you contact us, and to keep us informed of any relevant changes. Providing false or misleading information may affect your eligibility and any hire arrangement. If you enter a hire agreement, you have a duty to keep the hire reasonable (the duty to mitigate).
